Sunday, June 3:

Thank God for the love and fellowship in our church.

Give thanks for the opportunity to worship in God’s house without fear of persecution. 

Pray for those who are persecuted for their faith.

 

Monday June 4: 

“He makes me lie down in green pastures: He leads me beside quiet waters.” Psalm 23:2

As we begin a season of vacationing, ask God to grant rest to those who are weary.

Plan time with God each day and make a point to find quiet time alone with God.

 

Tuesday, June 5: 

Pray for the senior members of our congregation as they deal with the challenges of aging.

Ask God how you might be of help to our senior adults.

 

Wednesday, June 6:

As summer break begins, pray that our children and teenagers will find safe and wholesome ways to spend their summer vacation.

Pray for the children in our community who struggle with food insecurity during the summer months.

 

Thursday, June 7:

“He restores my soul: He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.” Psalm 23:3

Ask God to show you the way day by day.

Pray for the church and our opportunities to share Jesus’ love with others in our community.

 

Friday, June 8:

“Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil.  Psalm 23:4

Remember those in our church who have lost a loved one in recent months.

Ask God to provide the peace that passes all understanding.

 

Saturday, June 9: 

Remember our High School Seniors who are graduating today.

Pray for God’s blessing on their lives.
