Monday, December 11:

With so many things vying for your attention this Advent Season ask God to help you to remain steadfast and not let activities crowd out time with God each day.

Tuesday, December 12:

“May the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, give you the spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of Him, having the eyes of your hearts enlightened.” Ephesians 1:17-18

Pray for missionaries around the world who will not be able to be with their families for Christmas.

Ask God to grant them safety, strength, and peace.

Wednesday, December 13:

Pray for freedom from a self-serving attitude.

Ask God to grant you strength to allow Christ’s love to govern your thoughts and actions.

Pray for peace.

Thursday, December 14:

“Regardless of what else you put on, wear love.  It’s your basic, all-purpose garment.  Never be without it!” Colossians 3:14

Ask God to show you how you might minister to someone who is sad of lonely during what can be a difficult season.

Join us at noon for our final Advent Study led by David Smith.

“And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.”  Revelation 7:19

Today we say thank you to our Sunday School teachers.  Please join us at 9:45 for breakfast. Come and share your thanks with those who help us hide God’s word in our hearts each Sunday.

Today is also Remembrance Sunday. Pray for those who have lost loved ones in the past year.  Ask God to grant them peace.
