Monday, November 6:
Pray for all our staff and ask God to renew their energy as we enter this busy time in the church year.
Tuesday, November 7:
“Then Jesus told His disciples a parable to show them that they should always pray and not give up. “ Luke 18:1
Ask God to help you not lose heart and to remember His love and faithfulness.
Wednesday, November 8:
“How happy are the people who know the sounds of joy/!” Psalm 89:15
Pray for our choir members and all who lead in worship.
Thank God for those who participate in all our choir!
Remember the Chancel Choir and the Children’s Choir as they prepare for our Christmas Cantata with composer Mary McDonald (December 3) Please invite others to join us for this very special day of worship.
Thursday, November 9:
Remember your shoe box for Operation Christmas Child.
Remember to pray for the child that will receive your box that he/she may hear the call of Jesus to, “Come and follow Me!”
Friday, November 10:
“Therefore encourage one another and build each other up.” 1 Thessalonians 5:11
Pray for those who are discouraged by events or problems in their lives. Ask God to show you a way to provide encouragement to them.
Saturday, November 11: Veteran’s Day
Remember those who have served our country faithfully as a part of the Armed Forces Give thanks for a country where we have the freedom to worship God.
Sunday, November 12:
“Now you are the body of Christ.” 1 Corinthians 12:27
Pray for our worship service today and for God’s will to be done. Give thanks for God’s message.
Ask God to help us be the body of Christ in our community.
