Monday, October 9: 

“When you said, ‘Seek my face’ my heart said to You, ‘Your face, Lord, I will seek.’” Psalm 27:5

Pray that you will earnestly seek God’s face today.

Ask God to show you His will for your life and how you might follow God more closely.

Tuesday, October 10:

Pray for our children’s choir and C2C as they meet today.  Ask God to hide His Word deep in their hearts.

Wednesday, October 11: 

“The Lord make His face to shine upon you and enlighten you and be gracious (kind, merciful and giving favor) to you; the Lord lift up His (approving) countenance upon you and give you peace (tranquility of heart and life continually.) Numbers 6:25-26

Pray for homebound church members who can no longer attend church. Thank God for their faithfulness and great love of our church.

Thursday, October 12: 

Thank God for the love and fellowship in our church.

Ask God to help you invite someone to come and be a part of our faith fellowship.

Friday, October 13: 

“Neither height not depth, nor anything else in all creation will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 8:39

As the weather begins to get cooler, pray for those who have little or no heating in their homes.  Ask God to help you think of ways you might be able to help.

Saturday, October 14:

Give thanks for the Bible.  Give thanks for our Sunday School teachers who work very hard preparing their lessons for their classes!

Sunday, October 15:

“This is the day that the Lord hath made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.”  Psalm 118:24

Thank God for the freedom we have to worship.  Pray for those who live in places where this is not the case.
