Saturday, July 1:   

“We cannot keep from speaking about what we have seen and heard.” Acts 4:20

Pray for our youth and their leaders as they serve on mission in Washington D. C. this week.

Pray for safety and for God’s blessing upon their time of service.

Sunday, July 2:

“O LORD, open my lips, and my mouth shall show forth Your praise.”  Psalm 51:15

Pray for your Sunday School classes and your teacher.

Ask God to help you hide His Word in your heart.

Monday, July 3:

Pray for those who will be traveling during the upcoming holiday week.

Pray for those who work with emergency response.

Give thanks for those who serve to keep our world safe.

Tuesday July 4:  Independence Day

Thank God for our country and those who have gone before us as we celebrate 241 years as a Nation.

Remember our military who are far away serving in other places who protect and serve.

Wednesday, July 5: 

“I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God, in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 3:14

Remember those who are battling cancer or other serious illnesses today. 

Pray for God’s healing hands to be upon them.

Thursday, July 6:

Remember our Summer Feeding Program which helps children around the county have a meal each week day.

Pray for the children in our community who struggle to find food at home during the summer months.

Friday, July 7:

“I will look to the LORD; I will wait for the God of my salvation; my God will hear me.”  Micah 7:7

Look to the Lord and ask God to guide you day by day.

Pray for our Boards and Committees as they continue to seek the Lord and serve our church in wonderful ways.

Saturday, July 8:

Pray for ouryouth mission team and their leaders as they return to Mars Hill today.

May God grant them a feeling of satisfaction in a job well done and grant them much needed rest!

Sunday, July 9: 

“God be merciful to us, and bless us; and cause His face to shine on us.”  Psalm 67:1

Welcome home our youth missionaries!

Pray for our worship service today. 

Ask the Holy Spirit to work in our lives and fill us that we may go forth and share God’s love and the Gospel of Christ with those around us.
