Monday, June 5:

“He makes me lie down in green pastures: He leads me beside quiet waters.” Psalm 23:2.

As we begin a season of vacationing, ask God to grant rest to those who are weary.

Plan time with God each day and make a point to find quiet time alone with God.

Tuesday, June 6:

As summer break begins, pray that our children and teenagers will find safe and wholesome ways to spend their summer vacation.

Pray for the children in our community who struggle to find food at home during the summer months.

Wednesday, June 7:

“He restores my soul: He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.” Psalm 23:3

Ask God to show you the way day by day.

Pray for the church and our opportunities to share Jesus’ love with others in our community.

Thursday, June 8:

Pray for our senior members as they deal with the challenges of aging.

Ask God how you might be of help to our senior members.

Friday, June 9:

“Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil.”  Psalm 23:4

Remember those in our church who are going through a difficult time and are discouraged.

Ask God to provide peace and comfort.

Saturday, June 10:

Pray for our homebound church members who can no longer attend church.  Thank God for their faithful witness to us.

Who might you visit today to share some cheer?

Sunday, June 11:

“For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff they comfort me.”  Psalm 23:4

Give thanks today that God is always with us.

Give thanks that God knows our needs and provides for us.

Praise God for the gift of comfort in times of need.
