Monday, November 21:

Pray for Nicholas Honeycutt and Lisa Coomer as they lead our youth and children’s ministries.

Give thanks for all who give of their gifts to bless our church ministries.

Tuesday, November 22:

Join us for our Hanging of the Green service tonight beginning with a covered dish dinner at 5:30 p.m.

Pray that God will enter your heart anew as we prepare the church house for the season of Advent.

Wednesday, November 23:

Give thanks to God for your home, family, and church family.

Pray for freedom from a self-serving attitude and thought.  Ask for strength to allow Christ’s love to govern your thoughts and actions.

Thursday, November 24:

Give thanks to the LORD, for He is good. His love endures forever. Psalm 136:1

Happy Thanksgiving

As you celebrate with friends and family today, remember to stop and give thanks for all the blessings of this life that God so generously pours out on us.

Pray for those who are unable to be with their families today and ask God to grant them peace.

Friday, November 25:

Be still and quiet before God, asking God to show you anything in your daily living that is hindering your witness and relationship with Him.

Pray for the ministries of our church that what we do will be pleasing to God and a wonderful reflection of God’s love.

Saturday, November 26:

By this all people will know that you are my disciples. if you love one another.  John 13:35

Pray God will help you see others through His eyes, and pray to be more sensitive to opportunities to show God’s love through your words and deeds.

Sunday, November 27:

First Sunday of Advent

I was glad when the said unto me, let us go into the house of the Lord.  Psalm 122:1

Let us renew our commitment to God and to God’s church.  Come into God’s house with praise today and give thanks to God for God is gracious and His mercy is everlasting.
