Monday, October 17:

Pray for all the mission opportunities at Mars Hill Baptist. Ask God to show you how you might become involved and help serve others through missions.

Give thanks for the senior adults of our church and for their contribution to our church body.

Tuesday, October 18:

Therefore encourage one another and build each other up.  I Thessalonians 5:11

Pray for those who are discouraged by events or problems in their lives.  Ask God to show us a way to provide encouragement to them.

Wednesday, October 19:

Give God praise and gratitude for our music ministry as they beautifully enrich and support our worship.

Give thanks for those who serve us fully and faithfully as a part of our church staff.

Thursday, October 20:

Cast your cares on the Lord and He will sustain you.  Psalm 55:22

Pray for any cares that are interfering with your relationship with God.

Thank God for always being there when we are burdened. 

Friday, October 21:

The one who has faith can do all things.  Mark 9:23

Pray that God will help us grow in faith and in confidence to be better witnesses for Christ.

Saturday, October 22:

Recommit your time and talents to God.  Ask God to transform you into the person He has created you to be.

Pray for your Sunday School teacher(s) and for direction and insight as they prepare to teach.

Sunday, October 23:

Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.  Psalm 51:10

Pray we welcome the Holy Spirit in our worship service today and that we follow the Spirits’ leading.
