On Sunday, September 11, 2016, Mars Hill Baptist Church will lift our hearts to God in praise, remembrance and hope as we commemorate the fifteenth anniversary of 9/11 with a special worship service at 11:00 a.m.

We will honor our local firefighters, law enforcement, medical personnel, military, and their families.

We will also mark the fifteenth anniversary by ringing the church bell and pausing for a moment of silence at approximately 8:45 a.m., 9:03 a.m., 9:43 a.m. and 10 a.m. Each ring will commemorate one of the four crashes that occurred on that fateful day fifteen years ago.

We invite all our law enforcement, firefighters, EMTs, military, and their families to join us as we worship together.
